Learning and Development
Your legal career begins here. Whether you are training to become a legal assistant or completing your legal clerkship, at Aderhold you will not only learn the ropes, but also be involved in the decision-making process right from the start.
Learning where business law is practiced
We train because the quality of our work is important to us—and because we know that good lawyers and qualified professionals don't just fall from the sky. At Aderhold, we closely support trainees and legal clerks as equals: from the very beginning, they work on real cases, experience the entire spectrum of commercial law consulting, and receive practical training from experienced colleagues.
Legal clerkship at Aderhold
Those who complete their legal internship at Aderhold gain an authentic insight into high-level commercial law practice. Our trainees actively participate in ongoing cases, accompany transactions and negotiations, and benefit from direct exchange with our lawyers. To prepare for the second state examination, we also support you with discounted access to the hemmer assessor course.
Training with substance
Our legal assistant trainees (m/f/d) receive in-depth training that goes far beyond the theoretical content of vocational school. In everyday law firm life, they take on responsibility from the very beginning—for deadlines, client communication, file management, and much more. They are supported by dedicated contact persons who accompany and promote their development.
Continuing education as an attitude
At Aderhold, learning does not stop with graduation. Continuous development is part of our professional ethos – for lawyers as well as for all other employees. Those who remain with us after completing their training or legal clerkship are enrolled in a structured training program and continuously supported through internal and external continuing education measures.
