We assist entrepreneurs with succession planning and the legally and fiscally sound transfer of businesses and assets. At the same time, we advise and represent clients in all economically significant matters of inheritance and family law. Succession planning poses particular challenges for medium-sized and family-owned businesses. In this context, we also develop foundation models and support foundations in their day-to-day business.

We advise those affected after a succession and represent heirs, legatees, executors, or beneficiaries of compulsory portions in disputes, often in connection with business assets in the estate, for example, in the settlement of communities of heirs, in the enforcement or defense of compulsory portion and supplementary compulsory portion claims, or in connection with the execution of wills.
