Aderhold Management Consulting supports companies in overcoming special business situations.

Our boutique consulting firm was founded in 2013 in response to a gap in the market for restructuring consulting. While there were a number of consulting firms with outstanding expertise in specific areas, we knew of no one who took full responsibility for the entire restructuring process on behalf of all stakeholders. Because we not only support the process but also actively manage it, we have become known in the market for solutions that others would not dare to consider.

Our strength lies in our family of companies: working together with our lawyers, auditors, and tax advisors, we are able to take the lead in managing and implementing the entire restructuring process. This means we are at home in all relevant areas of restructuring.

We do not define ourselves by the size of our clients and are happy to take on challenging mandates of any size, from listed corporations to medium-sized companies.

Our strength lies in our ability to reconcile the interests that arise in special situations in such a way that the concept can also be implemented. We see ourselves as "hands-on consultants" to management in the restructuring and realignment of companies.
