Construction and architectural law
We focus on pragmatic concepts in all areas of civil construction and architectural law. These are also based on many years of proven cooperation with construction experts. This enables us to provide our clients with targeted advice in connection with construction projects and, in particular, in the case of major construction damage, to handle the entire process for our clients, involving the financing banks and insurers. Commercial tenancy law
In commercial tenancy law, we advise both landlords and tenants, particularly on the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements. In addition, we provide support in the termination and transfer of tenancies and represent our clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes.
